How we price.

We price per project, per year.

AEC buyers think in projects, procurement signs off in projects, value is delivered in projects. Per-project pricing is predictable across the year, survives procurement review, and does not punish you for adding users or sources.

We do not price per seat (it punishes broad adoption, which is the behavior we want from a chat product). We do not price per token (opaque, the wrong unit, and creates surprise overages on a chatty user). We do not run a free tier (the wrong signal for enterprise buyers).

Two tiers

Project and Portfolio.

Project

For single-project use at consultancies, general contractors, and owner-developers. Everything you need to deploy SiteMind on one project. Cloud SaaS hosted in Canada or the EU.

Portfolio

For multi-project portfolios, owner-developers, and large GCs. Portfolio dashboards, cross-project analytics, customer-VPC or air-gapped deployment, dedicated Customer Success Manager.
