IFC
Direct upload, parsed into a queryable schema with geometry and properties. The schema is shared with Speckle for query-tool interoperability.
Speckle
Live stream sync, with a native picker tile in the source picker. Query it the same way you query an uploaded IFC.
Autodesk Platform Services
BIM 360 and ACC. Models, elements, parameters, clashes, files, and issues, connected through the OAuth flow.
BCF
Version 2.x and 3.0, from any vendor. Solibri, BIMcollab, Revizto, and ACC Issues all export BCF. SiteMind ingests it and joins it to the model and to every other source.
IDS
Information Delivery Specification. Run customer specifications against the latest model version. Trend pass rates per specification, storey, trade, and phase, and drill into failing elements with the property values that triggered the failure.
COBie
All 16 standard sheets. Asset registers, warranty data, spare parts, and service contracts, cross-referenced against the model. Handover packages on demand.
