Retrieves the submittal from Procore, runs retrieval over the relevant spec section, runs any IDS specs in scope, and drafts a pre-check.
In: a product data submittal. Out: a pre-check flagging the two missing certifications and one non-compliant value.
Pulls active clashes from APS or Navisworks and ranks them by cost impact, schedule impact, and trade dependency.
In: 600 raw clashes. Out: a prioritized list, the top 20 by cost and schedule exposure, each with reasoning.
